Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Safe Sign In (safesigninguide.blogspot.com, "we," "us," "our") handles information when you visit our blog. By using the blog, you agree to this policy. If you have questions, email us at vyldor4@gmail.com.
Who runs this blog and where it is hosted
Safe Sign In is published by the Safe Sign In Editorial Team. The blog is hosted on Blogger, a service provided by Google LLC. When you visit any page, your browser connects to Google's servers, so Google processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver and protect the site. Google's handling of that data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
You do not need to create an account to read the blog, and we do not sell personal information for money. Information may be collected in these ways:
- Messages you send us: if you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message. Contact form messages are delivered to us by Blogger. We use this information only to read and reply to your message.
- Comments: comments are enabled on our articles and are handled by Blogger. Depending on the comment settings, you may be asked to sign in with a Google account. The name or profile you comment with, and the content of your comment, are publicly visible. Google's privacy policy applies to that data.
- Automatically collected data: like most websites, the blog and its service providers (Google/Blogger and ad partners) may receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, approximate location and referring pages.
Log files and analytics
Blogger gives us basic, aggregated visitor statistics, such as page views, referring sites and countries. We use these numbers to understand which articles are useful and how to improve them, not to identify individual readers. We do not currently use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics service. If we add one in the future, we will update this policy.
Cookies and web beacons
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons and local storage) to remember preferences, measure traffic, prevent abuse and show ads. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.
Google AdSense and advertising cookies
We use, or may use, Google AdSense to display ads on this blog. Please note:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings or My Ad Center.
- You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
Depending on your location and settings, the ads you see may be personalized or non-personalized. Non-personalized ads still use cookies for frequency capping, aggregated reporting and fraud prevention. To learn more, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and How Google uses cookies in advertising.
Third-party ad vendors and networks
Third-party vendors and ad networks that work with Google may use cookies, JavaScript or web beacons to serve ads and measure their performance. We do not have access to, or control over, the cookies these advertisers use. Their own privacy policies govern how they use data. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland may be shown a consent message for cookies and personalized ads.
Affiliate links and disclosure
We may earn a commission if you buy through links on this site in the future, at no extra cost to you. If affiliate links are added (for example, to password managers, VPNs or security software), the company you visit may set its own cookies to track referrals, and its privacy policy governs that data. See our Disclaimer for our full affiliate disclosure.
Links to other websites
Our articles link to external sites, such as official help pages and government resources. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
Children's privacy
Our blog is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. In line with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, please email vyldor4@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you (for example, emails you sent us). You can manage cookies in your browser and ad personalization in your Google account settings or through the opt-out links above.
U.S. state privacy rights
If you live in California, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Residents of several other U.S. states, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas, have similar rights under their state laws. These rights may include the right to know what personal information is collected, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising cookies set by Google and its partners may count as "sharing" under some state laws; you can opt out using the links in the advertising section above, and your browser may also send a Global Privacy Control signal. To make a request, email vyldor4@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy request." We may need to confirm your request before acting on it, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive, but no method of transmission or storage on the internet is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add new features or services. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Please check this page periodically.
